ITERCollector

The ITERCollector is an interactive tool that leads the customer through a systematic process of detailing customer requirements for call flows, auto attendants, hunt groups, voice mail and other installation specifications.

One-hour interactive remote interviews (typical) are conducted with the customer using the ITERCollector© to gather the customer’s requirements. The interviewer steps the customer through each section of the ITERCollector.
